Terms, privacy and artwork
Northbound Posters is a Melbourne, Australia independent art-and-design business operating under ABN 67 727 730 165. We create original, independent artwork and products. References to films or television programs describe creative inspiration only; no product is official, licensed, endorsed or affiliated with a rights holder.
Prices are in Australian dollars. By placing an order, you confirm that the delivery and product information supplied is accurate. We collect the contact, delivery and order information needed to answer enquiries, process payments, fulfil orders, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Information may be handled by Squarespace, payment providers, production and fulfilment suppliers, and delivery carriers for those purposes, including through their overseas systems. Shipping and returns
Northbound Posters currently ships made-to-order products only within Australia. Standard shipping is free. Available dimensions, materials, finishes and other specifications are stated on each product page. The current estimated delivery window is 6–10 days; production or carrier delays may occur. Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address.
Because each item is made to order, we do not offer returns for change of mind. This does not exclude or limit rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or materially different from its description, email hello@northboundposters.com or use the contact form with the order number and photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by law, which may include a replacement, refund and reasonable return costs where applicable.
