A monumental stair carries people between two inhabited rings while a pair of workers tends the pressure route that keeps distant levels connected. One broad concrete flight spans the dark between two inhabited levels. At its lower landing, two anonymous workers inspect a teal pressure manifold and exposed pipe: a small act of maintenance set against a civic structure built at overwhelming scale. The Pressure Line is an independent original work influenced by the series Silo: its enclosed society, practical maintenance culture, monumental vertical infrastructure and dependence on systems most residents cannot fully see. Northbound translates those tensions into a stark water-pressure route, where everyday maintenance carries the weight of the whole structure.
